Quotes
Quotes provided online or over the phone are estimates based on the information you give us. A final price is confirmed after we inspect the device in store.
Repairs
We take care with every device, but some faults are only discovered once a device is opened. We will always contact you before carrying out work beyond the agreed quote.
Data and backups
Please back up your data before leaving a device with us. We are not responsible for data loss during repair or software work.
Warranty
Parts we supply and fit carry a workmanship warranty. Accidental damage, liquid damage and third-party tampering after a repair are not covered.
Collection
Devices should be collected within 60 days of the completion notice. Uncollected devices after 90 days may be recycled or sold to recover costs.
